These are the next two big projects on our plate!
Our ATM network has been running on a small scale for the past few months and we continue to test it and improve it. Right now we have 7 machines and 5 of them are running. We are planning to launch a fully functioning remittance network for both Bitcoin and ClubCoin that anyone can use to buy and sell directly from.

These machines will be operated by key BitClub members and you will get more information on this as we get closer but we have just taken a big step by launching our block explorer and being listed live on an exchange to establish a real market value BTC/CLUB.

Our plan is to continue testing the ATM network for a few more months to get all the bugs out and find the right deployment strategy to expand. Once we have each machine synced together we will be launching our ATM pool that will allow members the opportunity to own a piece of each ATM on the network and share the profits from all transaction fees and buy/sell spreads.

As of right now we are looking at a late March or early April deployment for the shares and you MUST be a Founder in order to participate in this (any Founder level)

Bitcoin and other digital currencies operate as peer-to-peer networks, which means everyone who uses the currency is actually a piece of the system. Mining is simply the term used for maintaining the block chain and verifying each transaction.

Miners use special hardware to solve complex math problems and are issued a certain number of new Bitcoins in exchange. This provides a unique way to issue the currency and also creates an incentive for more miners to participate.

REAL MINING SOLUTIONS
BitClub Network is just like many other mining pools except we offer a unique opportunity for members to purchase shares in the hardware and get paid to share it. For doing this you will earn a daily share of all Bitcoin being mined by the pool.

Our pool is set up for miners to plug in and earn a share of all Bitcoin by pointing their existing mining equipment to our pool. We offer nice incentives for miners who join our pool  

We also offer a referral based system that allows anyone to purchase shares of mining hardware and get paid a commission. With our unique affiliate model and daily Bitcoin payouts we can outpace just about any other mining operation in existence.

As a member of Bitcoinwala you actually own a piece of the mining hardware being purchased and depending on the amount of shares you own and the country you live-in, you can actually request to take possession of your equipment. You can request this at any time before your shares expire.

REQUEST MINING HARDWARE:
When you purchase a share of a mining pool your Bitcoin is being used to purchase actual mining hardware for the pool. We use our purchasing power to get better deals and avoid paying retail. With the volatility of Bitcoin this is very important because the value can fluctuate by +-10% within the same 24 hour period. This makes an individual share a little hard to value because depending on when you purchased it could be 1 machine, 2 or even more.

For this reason you must contact us by opening a support ticket and requesting a quote on how much hashing power your shares are currently worth. This number depends on the age of your account and the total accumulated shares (including partial shares). Whatever the total is we make you a "buy-out" offer and provide a shipping quote to your location. This could end up being 1 miner, 5 miners, or even 20 depending on the models and your shares so each quote will be personalized to your account and current market conditions.

You are responsible for all shipping and transport fees and you cannot combine accounts to add up to a full share, each account will receive it's own custom quote. If you would like to take possession of your mining equipment we can even help you set them up and start mining to our pool directly, or any other pool of your choice. Once your buy-out has been accepted we will unplug your machine(s) and start the shipping process. You will not be compensated during this time frame, once you agree to the buyout and the machine is unplugged you will no longer own your mining shares.

IMPORTANT: We don't recommend you do this unless you have some experience running these machines or you plan to re-sell them quickly. Mining on your own is difficult and if you are not a technical person it can very hard to make any profits, or even keep the machines hashing. Not all of the mining equipment will come in original boxes and they will be subject only to the original manufacturers warranty (if it still exists). You are fully responsible after taking possession of your equipment and must contact original manufacturer for any issues.

Taking possession of your miners will cancel your shares and you will forfeit all future mining share earnings in the pools you cash in. Your membership will remain active and you may still be eligible to earn other commissions or purchase additional shares in the future. Contact us for more details.

ClubCoin Officially Launches TODAY!!

We are so excited about ClubCoin and the potential it brings to all BitClub Network members and we want to thank everyone for being patient as we built and tested this coin over the past 6 months. Please understand this is only Phase 1 of many phases to come that will help create a real market for this coin.

We have mined 80 million ClubCoin and out of this total we are giving away 50 million coins FREE to all BitClub Members. Another 15 million will be used to set up our staking pools and to secure the network, and the remaining 15 million coins were sold and distributed to key staking partners already.

Over the past 6 months we have already given away over 30 million coins out of the 50 million available and this increases daily as our membership grows.

Here's How This Works...

BitClub Network is going to be offering a buy back rate of $0.05 USD per coin that was issued to the network. So if you don't want to hold ClubCoin and you would like to sell it for Bitcoin we will take it starting on December 8th.

Your ClubCoin will be exchanged for $0.05 worth of Bitcoin and not actual USD. We will never deal with any fiat currencies other than to set exchange rates as a guide for conversion. More details about how this will work after December 8th.

NOTE: Please read the instructions provided under your ClubCoin Wallet page. You will need to have some technical knowledge in order to begin staking your coins and we have tried to make the process as easy as possible.

If you are not comfortable with staking on your own then we are going to be launching our staking pools (which work like our Bitcoin mining pools) so that you can keep your ClubCoin in your virtual wallet and use the coins to stake and earn a percentage of the pool. These pools will be available on November 15th at the same time we open the coin up to everyone.

This is so exciting for us and we look forward to watching the network grow over the next 10 days and beyond. If you are Founder this could mean a lot to jump in quickly, just imagine being one of the first people to download the Bitcoin wallet.

This is your chance to jump in early, but please remember just like Bitcoin this is an experiment subject to open market conditions and ClubCoin could be completely worthless or it could take off big. A Mining Update...

As you may know from a previous update we have purchased 3 PH and have been waiting for the power to be plugged into our pool. This actually doubles the size of our existing operation and Bitmain (which is the manufacturer of the S7 machines) has been delayed on their shipments due to crazy high demand.

But some good news... We have a shipment of 2 PH right now sitting in customs and if all goes well it should hit our Iceland facility early next week and be fully hashing by the end of the week. As for the 3rd PH shipment we are likely not going to see this until the end of the month.

We are waiting for shipment details from Bitmain and they are backed up to about 4-6 weeks right now on all orders. Luckily, with our relationship we get bumped to the front of the line but this is still 2-3 weeks out.

More good news... At our current growth rate we will need to purchase two additional PH before the end of the year, which will put our total hashing power over 8 PH.

The mining market is going nuts right now...

With the price of Bitcoin going up so fast the mining market is getting a little crazy... Old machines that were not profitable at $250 price range immediately get plugged in and are profitable again at higher prices. The manufacturers experience heavy demand for their equipment and it becomes harder to get machines.

One of the best things we have going for us (unlike most large scale operations) is that we are paying for our mining equipment in Bitcoin so while the USD price of the machines goes up, the amount of Bitcoin we are paying is less. All other mining operations are buying their equipment in USD at the jacked up prices so if the price continues to go up we are in a very favorable position to leverage our buying power and will continue to do so!

BitClub Network is on fire!

We continue to grow very fast and this growth is happening all over the world. As of today we have members in over 80 countries and not only are we attracting high quality network marketing leaders, but we are also getting the attention of many Bitcoin experts who are now realizing BitClub Network is for real!

As our membership grows so does our mining pool, and the bigger our pool gets the more Bitcoin we are able to mine and share with you. We have also been very fortunate that the difficulty range and overall mining network has stayed pretty steady over the past year which has allowed us to execute on this business model and be profitable.

Right now our focus is on efficiency. Which means cutting costs, selling off older machines to deploy new ones, and continually expanding in the right way to maximize profits. Our mining facility in Iceland is already paying off big and it will be a key factor in our ability to expand in the future.

But even more exciting is what we are planning to do over the next 6 months that will increase the value of your membership 10 fold. We touched on this in the last update with the next 3 phases and you will continue to hear about them as we make progress on each.

Founder Bonuses Paid

With everything we are working on we forgot to pay Founder 1 and Founder 2 bonuses for the month of June. Typically we pay these on the 15th of the following month, but since we were late on the June payments we have decided to pay the July bonus early. So you will notice both June and July Founder Bonuses have been paid.

Sorry about the delay on this, but its now paid up!

Debit Cards

We have been cranking through a lot of Debit Cards the past few weeks and there are hundreds that are now marked shipped and on their way. We love hearing when you receive them, so please let us know when you get yours in the mail. Also, if you want to take a picture and share a personal testimonial we would really like to hear from you and share your story.

We have another large batch being submitted for approval and updates on applications that have been declined. If you have been declined then you will be fully refunded and not charged anything. Also, if you paid for expedited shipping we are going to refund you on this too since it took a little longer to get all these through. You can expect this refund in the next week or so.

Please allow another few weeks to receive your card if you have not received it yet, If you stil have nothing by August 24th then open a new support ticket and we will take care of you on an individual basis. Please wait until the 24th because we will know 100% by then where your application status is.

The next batch of cards will open up the week of the 24th and now we have a much better process in place to get them approved. Stay tuned for details!

Ranking Qualifications

We found a small bug in our ranking system that was not counting volume for some people. This was due to a changeover in the month. We have qualifications that need to be met on a monthly basis to retain ranks and this calculation was not properly counting. So what we have done is extend the qualification period to the end of August.

This means starting in September you will nee to re-qualify for ranks, but through the entire month of August you will be paid at the highest rank you achieved.

ClubCoin - Plan for Launch
Date: July 31st

ClubCoin is almost here! 

Over the past few months BitClub Network has been building a new Crypto Currency that will soon be launched to the public. We have been issuing this coin on a daily basis to all members based on every purchase made. For every $1 USD worth of Bitcoin you spend you will automatically receive 1 ClubCoin.

We are giving away 31,000,000 coins with another 9,000,000 being issued to Founders. This is an easy way to distribute the coins across our network and get them in your hands so you can start spending them, trading them, selling them, and even using them to mine more coins (which is called staking) 

The hardest part about launching a coin is getting people to use it and we believe with our network we have a huge advantage in not only supporting it but growing an entire ecosystem around it. 

Our plan for this coin is MASSIVE! We are not just launching the coin and hoping it sticks and some people use it. We are putting together a very strategic plan for mass adoption that has never been done before. In fact, this is only Phase 1 of 3 that we are currently working on right now.

We have expanded our programming team and nearly doubled our budget over the next 6 months to focus on launching each of these 3 phases.

What are the 3 Phases? 

Without giving away too much detail here is a quick overview... 

Phase 1: Launch ClubCoin... This will be a fully working wallet and free market platform to stake and mine for new coins. The more coins you have the more weight your stake carries and the more coins you will be mining on a daily basis. This also includes being listed on exchanges and creating a real market to buy and sell the coin. 

Phase 2: ATM Network... You may have heard whispers about some of the ATM's we have already deployed (so far 2 are live and 5 more are being placed for a total of 7). These ATM's are more than just getting cash out by converting your Bitcoin. 

Each ATM is networked together to create a mini remittance network. This means you can walk up to any machine, put cash in and someone else on the other side of the world can find an ATM and get cash out. 

We will explain this in detail after Phase 1 and you will even be able to own a piece of the entire ATM network if you are a Founder. We are also going to be turning members into ATM operators and will let you know how you can qualify to manage one of these ATM's. But the point is, these ATM's will fully support ClubCoin transactions creating a physical buy/sell platform that no other coin supports (except Bitcoin).

Phase 3: Merchant Platform... This is what we are most excited about right now, and it's the reason we just doubled our programming resources. We believe this platform will tie everything together and it will provide an even bigger opportunity for members than our mining pools.

As a member you will be eligible to sign up new merchants who want to start accepting Bitcoin and you will be paid residually from what we are calling a CryptoBack model (our version of a cash back model). 

We are keeping the details tight on this one because we think the platform will offer a huge advantage over companies like BitPay and GoCoin and we have something none of these companies will ever have. YOU! That is an army of motivated members who will sign up new merchants because there is a big incentive to do it.

Also, built into this platform is ClubCoin so that each merchant can accept it without even knowing they are. They will also be able to offer special CryptoBack pricing to offer deals for using ClubCoin. Everything is done on the backend to convert in real time from ClubCoin to Bitcoin and then can be converted from Bitcoin to Fiat without the merchant having to do anything. 

*Even if ClubCoin fails to be adopted like we hope this merchant platform is a stand alone game changer! So stay tuned for details and start warming up your merchants to the idea of a plug and play platform sometime in Jan/Feb.

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves we wanted to share a few screen shots of ClubCoin, the wallet, and some other details for you to see. Soon you will be able to download this and we will have a full tutorial to show you how to use it, but first here a few teasers...

We have a small team of people testing this right now and fixing bugs as we find them. Once we are happy with the version we will launch and give you a link to download your wallet. From here you will create a wallet address and then you will see a new field under My Profile to enter your ClubCoin address.

You will simply withdrawal your ClubCoin (just like you do Bitcoin) and it will be sent to your wallet. Once you receive the coin it will begin staking immediately and if you don't want to use the coins to stake you just set aside the amount you want to have free spending. The staked coins will be used to mine blocks and secure the network and you will be rewarded with newly issued ClubCoin. 

We don't have an exact date of when this will be ready, but we are in the final stages of completion and should be providing the link very soon.

We are getting ready to turn-over a large batch of older mining equipment to acquire newer and more efficient machines. Right now the secondary market for these miners is very strong and because these models are near the peak of their life cycle the timing is perfect for us to sell them and upgrade.

This is actually a great swap because we can sell these miners at 100% or more of what we initially paid for them about a year ago, and by making this upgrade we will instantly cut our electricity bill by 25% when deploying the new miners in our Iceland facility.

Sale Details...

We are selling all of our S3 and S4 Antminers and purchasing S5 models. However, the reason we are telling you this is because before we sell these units we wanted to give all members a chance to take possession of these miners. After all it's you who paid for them! So this is a small window of opportunity for you to request delivery of these machines.

You will be compensated based on the total hashing power you have accumulated in your account. Whatever this adds up to we will send you a miner based on that power.

We will ship your miner (or multiple miners depending on your hashing power) to just about any location in the world. However, this is very important! By taking possession of your machines you are choosing to opt-out of the remainder of your mining contract and you will no longer receive mining pool payouts.

Once you have the miner you can use it however you want. So if you want to sell it on the open market (like we are doing), or use it to mine directly to a pool of your choice, or whatever you want to do is 100% your choice. We will help support you if your plan is to mine on your own.

When choosing this option your account will become ineligible for all future earnings, which includes any commissions paid from our referral program. Basically this is not an ideal option unless you are looking to opt-out of your BitClub Network membership or you wish to start mining with your purchased equipment.

For details please open a support ticket and request that we calculate your total hashing power and begin the process of sending you a miner.

NOTE: This is a very limited time offer... You will only have 1 week to request an opt-out and take possession. If you do nothing then we will assume you are okay with our decision to sell these machines and upgrade to the newer models.

Mining Pool Re-Launch, More Iceland Details...
Date: July 21st

Over the past few weeks our team has been working hard in Reykjavik Iceland setting up our new mining facility. Together we have made a very big step toward our plan of being here for the long term. 

Iceland offers the perfect environment for mining, not only is the power 100% green and renewable which makes us feel very responsible knowing its clean energy, but it's also cheap and it offers a real long term profitable mining solution. 

This facility is state-of-the-art and there's nothing else like it anywhere in the world. We are just getting started with our plans here and now that we have deployed our first set of miners and have the process in place we are going to quickly expand as we continue to grow this membership. 

Being in this facility makes us about 20% more profitable and with the early feedback from the machines, we can run them longer and harder than anywhere else in the world. One of the key things we are excited about is the opportunity for BitClub members to visit our mine and see what we are building without compromising security. 

This is truly an enterprise solution and we are among the elite miners in this industry now, it's a dream come true for geeks like us to be set up in this type of facility and have this much raw power at our disposal :)

Want to see it? All members who attain the rank of Pro Builder or higher will automatically be put on a list and you will have the opportunity to tour the facility. If you are interested just contact us via support, let us know the dates you are planning to visit and we will set it up for you. 

We need a minimum of 48 hours notice to get you cleared and you must present photo ID to enter. If you do get a chance to go up there we think you will be blown away by how the entire operation works, especially the Hydroelectric and Geothermal power that is being harnessed for all this electricity.

New Mining Pool is LIVE

As mentioned in some previous updates our mining pool was completely re-built and we were waiting on the deployment of this new facility to re-launch it. This happened a few days ago and is now fully LIVE and ready for miners to join. In fact, we have already hit 3 blocks in the past 3 days and we are still bringing over more power.

You should have noticed a nice boost in the payout when this power went online.

We spent a lot of time setting up our new mining pool and although you wont see most of the effort on the front end you should know that we have some extremely high security measures in place on all fronts to ensure we don't get knocked offline or hacked. 

Unfortunately, since Bitcoin mining is so profitable there are pools and groups of hackers who attack pools trying to knock them offline. We have experience in dealing with this over the past few years and have taken extreme measures to hide and set up multiple layers of decoys to prevent being attacked.

We can't tell you all the stuff we are doing because it would defeat the purpose but just know this pool is very well protected and we plan to stay ahead of the game so we can attract large miners who want to maximize their mining profits. With this set up we believe we can become one of the largest pools in the world and the larger we get the more blocks we will hit and payout.

We are happy to announce a full Beta of ClubCoin this week. You will not actually see this Beta because we have a small group of people trying to do everything they can to break and fully test it for launch. 

We have been working on this code for many months and all simulations we have done have passed so this will be the first real version of the coin and assuming it passes all the stress tests we can launch as early as next week! 

Ideally, you should expect a week or so of testing and we are trying hard to keep our promise of launching in July.
